Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Team Leader in Real Estate. Key Group got its roots in Austin, Texas but we have already grown to Houston and east to the DMV area. In this role, you will oversee and manage regional team operations, provide leadership and coaching to team members, and contribute to the growth and success of real estate initiatives. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing agents, building strong client and team relationships, and implementing strategies to drive regional performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and stakeholders

Proven experience in Real Estate production and operations

Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to inspire and guide diverse teams

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of Your local Metropolitan Area's real estate market

Active Real estate license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate
