
RN Executive Director Home Care

Summary
We are hiring for an RN Executive Director for our home care agency in the Marion, AR area.
Full‑time, salaried position. Local travel is required.

Responsibilities
Ensure continual compliance with all federal and state regulations, laws, and policies applicable to the services provided and licensure and/or certification of the agency.
Maintain personal knowledge of up‑to‑date federal, state, and accreditation requirements.
Guarantee that only qualified personnel are hired, appropriately trained, and that staffing levels meet client needs.
Operate the location within the company staffing model; verify licensure, certification, background checks, and credentialing as required by law and policy before employment and annually thereafter.
Ensure employees meet all in‑service and educational requirements annually and maintain records to support competency of all personnel.
Secure compliance, maintenance, confidentiality, and security of all employee and client records.
Ensure compliance with electronic visit verification as required.
Act as a liaison between staff, patients, the community, referral sources, physicians, agency managers/supervisors, and home office departments.
Perform staff case conferences as needed and mandatory in‑services, including monthly staff/safety meetings.
Direct daily agency activities to ensure effective and efficient operations, accurate reimbursement, and quality service. Assist agency personnel as needed, including timely answering of phones and accepting and admitting clients.
Direct operational processes to meet agency fiscal performance, support growth strategies, and review weekly metrics, productivity, and financial statements to ensure the organization is on target with budgeted goals. Follow up, address issues, and implement action plans as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with authorization, billing, and payroll processes and timelines.
Be accessible and available during all hours in which services are being provided to clients.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Executive Director III serves as the administrator of the provider and must meet the following requirements:
One year of personal care services management experience (preferred).
Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.
Additional State Specific Requirements
For Arkansas: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Arkansas with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health provider program.
