Job Description
Customer Service and Technical Support: Manage all customer interactions, including processing quotes, orders, and returns; providing prompt, professional, and industry‑leading technical support; and resolving escalated issues with a proactive, consultative approach.
Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed monthly performance targets by proactively identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, recovering lost business and maximizing profit margins with existing customers (no cold calling).
Internal Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, purchasing, operations, and technical support) to expedite requests, assist in training new hires on best practices, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, and uphold company quality standards and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, account management or customer success within the semiconductor or interconnect markets.
Comfort working with numbers, including sales pricing and margin calculations.
Tenacious, proactive, and commercially aware, thriving in goal‑oriented, high‑performance environments, with a strong orientation toward continuous improvement and familiarity with lean methodologies.
Location This is a hybrid work environment where candidates will report to an office in the Greater Dayton, OH area 3x/week and work remotely 2x/week.
Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 + annual bonus.
