We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and serve as the firm’s lead visual design authority. This role sits within the Distribution organization and is responsible for defining, evolving, and upholding the firm’s visual identity in support of business development, client engagement, and brand-building initiatives.
This position is appropriate for a highly experienced designer who combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution excellence. The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee end-to-end design delivery across print, digital, and interactive experiences, manage one designer, coordinate with external vendors, and serve as a trusted creative partner to marketing, investment, and distribution stakeholders.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a lean marketing organization, offering meaningful influence over how a $30B growth equity platform is represented to clients, prospects, and partners globally.
Role Focus: The Senior Graphic Designer will serve as the lead designer for the firm, establishing and enforcing brand standards while translating complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, and sophisticated visual communications. The role requires strong creative judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship
Serve as lead designer, defining, evolving, and upholding the firmwide visual identity and branding guidelines
Provide creative direction to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with business objectives across all marketing deliverables
Act as a creative advisor and resource to cross-functional partners, guiding brand application and visual standards
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate brand presence and improve communication effectiveness
Design Execution & Delivery
Lead end-to-end design across:
Print collateral:
brochures, commentaries, white papers, event materials
Digital assets:
web graphics, videos, presentations
Conceptualize and develop innovative visual solutions within established brand frameworks
Maintain a high standard of excellence in typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Translate business needs and complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications
Support quarterly updates, ongoing marketing initiatives, client materials, new business efforts, and fund launches
Project & Production Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of projects—from concept through production and final delivery
Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
Conduct pre- and post-production quality control reviews for accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship
Coordinate with external vendors and production partners for print and execution
Develop specifications for estimates and review and approve vendor invoices as needed
Manage and mentor one designer, providing guidance, feedback, and prioritization support
Oversee workflows, balance workloads, and ensure efficient project execution
Partner closely with marketing, distribution, investment teams, and external partners
Approach all work with a collaborative, team-first, hands‑on mindset

High level of design sophistication, precision, and attention to detail
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution

Technical Expertise
Expert proficiency working cross‑platform (Mac and PC) with:
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ceros (interactive and animation modules)
Deep understanding of print production, digital design, and asset management workflows
Experience developing production specifications and managing vendor relationships
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience, Advanced degree preferred
Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or above in a 4.0 scale
10+ years of professional design experience (in‑house and/or agency)
Demonstrated experience in creative leadership and people management
Strong portfolio showcasing brand‑driven print, digital, and interactive work
Experience in financial services, asset management, or highly regulated industries preferred
Salary Expectations $120,000-140,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus per performance.
