Job Title Product Owner US Gross to Net Analytics

Location Morristown, NJ

Main Responsibilities

Support Development and Delivery: Lead the development, delivery, and scaling of AI and analytics–based GTN products, including GTN CLARITY, GTN COMPASS, and Dynamic GTN Forecasting. Ensure solutions meet user needs across Finance, Pricing, Access Analytics, and GTMC.

Collaborate with GTN Functional Teams: Work closely with GTN CoE, Finance, Pricing, Access Analytics, Brand GMs, and GTMC teams to deeply understand pain points, define requirements, and codesign scalable GTN solutions tied to priority use cases.

Optimize Use Cases: Identify, assess, and prioritize GTN use cases (retrospective, prospective, forecasting, reconciliation, monitoring) based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness.

Implement Product Vision: Define and execute the end‑to‑end product vision for a connected GTN ecosystem enabling strategic and operational insights across the brand lifecycle. Ensure alignment with enterprise digital strategy.

Standardize Digital Products: Drive standardization across GTN workflows, dashboards, forecasting logic, and reconciliation engines to ensure consistency and reuse across brands and BUs.

Synergize Across Teams: Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, UX, AI/RAISE, Solution Architecture, and Responsible AI teams to leverage reusable components and ensure platform interoperability.

Manage Product Roadmaps: Own multiproduct roadmaps, including market‑driven enhancements, migration to USDF, scaling CLARITY to new brands, and vendor selection for forecasting platforms. Manage budgets, resources, and sequencing.

Ensure Performance and Value: Define KPIs and ensure measurable business impact through improved GTN accuracy, reduced variance, automation of manual workflows, and enhanced decision‑making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Influence senior stakeholders (Finance, Brand GMs, Pricing, Access Strategy teams) and ensure GTN tools support governance processes such as Actuals Review, Access & Investment Boards, Strategic Access Forums, and bid‑cycle preparation.

Member of Global Digital GBU Advanced Analytics & AI Team.

Foster partnerships and close collaboration between cross‑functional teams (GBU Brand teams, Digital, business operations, market teams) and drive structured ways of working to provide maximum value and efficiency.

Work closely with other development teams (Accelerator, AI COEs, Data Engineering COE, Responsible AI COE) inside and outside the company.

Empower teams to set up lean but effective teams and efficient local governance.

Help build and develop a team that uses complementary strengths and develops novel solutions to core business problems.

Job Skills & Competencies

5+ years in digital product management focused on AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, or large‑scale data products.

7+ years building complex digital or data‑driven solutions, ideally in finance, pricing, forecasting, or pharmaceutical commercial analytics.

Strong understanding of U.S. Pharmaceutical Market Access strategies and GTN processes (claims, rebates, accruals, forecasting, payer contracts, chargebacks).

Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML solution design, predictive modeling concepts, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive‑level communication.

Proven ability to drive digital transformation in large matrixed environments.

Attention to detail & technical intuition.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Lean/Agile practices, UX/UI principles, and application integration.

Experience with data engineering and analytics stacks (Python, SQL, Spark, cloud data lakes).

Understanding of forecasting frameworks, scenario modeling, variance decomposition, and reconciliation workflows.

Familiarity with GTN‑related data (APLD, SPM, IQVIA, payer hierarchy, 340B, rebates).

Ability to work with AI‑driven insights, natural language interfaces, and ML‑enabled forecasting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, applied mathematics, analytics, finance, economics, or related field.

Master’s degree in the same or related field preferred.
