One of our luxury clients is currently seeking an influencer marketing associate to join their team on a freelance basis, role is slated to be ongoing.
Role is hybrid 3-4 days in office in Midtown NYC.
The associate will report to our Influencer Marketing Manager, who is part of our Marketing and Communications team. As such, this person may collaborate with other team members.
This is an operational, execution-focused role that supports The Brand's North America influencer program.
It is not a creative or content role.
We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in fashion brands, influencer agencies, or PR agencies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with influencer seeding and gifting, logistics, sample tracking, reporting, and basic invoicing/vendor coordination.
Candidates must be extremely detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
Influencer Marketing Associate — The Brand
New York, NY | Full‑Time
The Influencer Marketing Associate is an integral part of the team behind The Brand's North America influencer program, contributing across every stage of execution — from talent relations and seeding to event support — in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support seeding and gifting initiatives end‑to‑end, including talent proposals, logistics, and shipping coordination
Manage the Sample platform: oversee collection importing, maintain New York sample inventory, and track all talent send‑outs
Provide on‑site support for brand photoshoots and talent fittings
Support execution of influencer contract process in close partnership with in‑house Legal, ensuring timely execution and compliance
Support the influencer team on talent discovery, casting, and vetting — with a strong pulse on the evolving creator landscape
Compile and prepare influencer recap reports using the Campaign social monitoring platform
Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including new vendor onboarding and proactive payment status communication
Deliver logistical support for major brand events, including travel, ground transportation, scheduling, and external bookings (glams, tailors, etc.)
Maintain up‑to‑date budgets and track all incoming costs and expenses
Collaborate closely with PR, merchandising, and events teams to ensure influencer activity is aligned with broader campaign objectives
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Deep familiarity with the influencer, entertainment, and fashion industries across social media platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (required)
Experience with influencer or social monitoring platforms (preferred)
Experience with administrative functions including invoicing, expense reporting, and travel coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A natural sense of discretion and professionalism befitting a global luxury brand
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a related field
Reports to the Influencer Marketing Manager
Strong understanding of the creator landscape, including cultural nuances across platforms and talent tiers
Experience working with influencers across all levels, from micro‑creators to VIP talent
Genuine passion for culture and an active, informed engagement with social media and creator trends
