Role Description

This is an on-site position located in Ada, OK, for a Real Estate Appraisal Assistant/Office Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing office operations, providing excellent customer service, and organizing real estate appraisal projects. Additional responsibilities include supporting appraisers by coordinating schedules, handling communication with clients, managing appraisal documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office efficiency. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, appraisers, and team members. Proficiency in Real Estate terminology and processes, or exposure to the real estate industry, is strongly preferred. Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain schedules, and handle extensive documentation efficiently. Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, data entry, and email management, is required. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to use industry-specific tools is a plus. Detail-oriented personality with the ability to work well independently and collaboratively. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or coursework in real estate, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
