
Marketing Intern, Integrated Marketing - Tees & Fleece

What's the Short Version? The Marketing Intern, Integrated Marketing‑Tees & Fleece is responsible for supporting the Integrated Marketing Team during an 8‑week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah, WA. This role supports the analysis of brand positioning, audience, and product focus for a select number of our Tees & Fleece brands. During the 8‑week period, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in data‑driven decision making and digital product analytics.
What Will You Be Doing?
Develop recommendations for a 12‑month, integrated go‑to‑market (GTM) plan for select customers in the Decorator Channel
Participate in brand discussions and strategic meetings to gain deeper insights
Research competitors to identify and compare strategic marketing opportunities
Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
Support various integrated marketing product teams with essential tasks such as product list creation, brief research and image collection
Participate in intern cohort activities including professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership.
May perform or support special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or a related field
Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem‑solving skills
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others
What's Our Offer? Pay: You’ll earn $21.39 on an hourly basis.
Paid Time Off: You’ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.
What Should You Expect? Hybrid: SanMar’s Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and may be required to work additional days based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00–5:00 PST. The role requires frequent sitting, reaching with hands and arms, speaking or hearing, handling or feeling objects, and the ability to maintain close, distance, color, peripheral and depth vision while working on a computer for multiple hours. Quarterly travel may be required.
