Contracting Specialist

**Business Unit: Western Asset Protection****Location: Phoenix, AZ****About WAP****Job Summary**The Contracting Specialist reviews and processes agent and agency contracts for certification. Processes hierarchy changes, manages agent and agency agreements, and processes special requests related to contracting.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Respond to inbound and outbound calls to the Contracting Department.* Address contracting tickets.* Process contracts, including hierarchy transfers, state appointments, principal changes, and licensing.* Second in queue for incoming calls to the Contracting Department.* Ready to sell CRM update.* Back-up Contract Assistants as needed.* Send out online contract links to agents and agencies.* Monitor and manage new agency onboarding/relationships with new agencies including but not limited to:
+ Create and send out override agreement.
+ Send out agency contract links.
