Product Specialist
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about new technology, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process in a no‑pressure, informative way.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in identifying the right vehicle based on their needs
Provide in-depth product knowledge on Nissan models, features, and technology
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay up to date on new inventory, features, and automotive trends
Support the sales team with product expertise and customer engagement
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range is $50,600.00 to $137,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Appropriability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
