Want to write copy for the brand that invented the blue jean? This position puts you on a team of copywriters who live and breathe Levi's®. We write for seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, blogs, videos, store windows—everything down to the tags on the clothes. In this position, you'll create content that adheres to pre-established brand standards and work alongside Creative and Marketing team leads to strategize and execute marketing copy—that basically means, take a brief and run with it. The Senior Copywriter, Global Brand Creative reports to the Director of Global Copy. This job is creative and a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

About the Job

Write and deliver all Levi's® marketing copy as briefed by business teams and supervised by the Global Copy Director

Embody the brand voice and understand how to deploy it across channels

Edit copy from teammates as needed

Receive feedback graciously, striving for continuous improvement

Understand and articulate the value proposition of our full product assortment

Work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, Designers as well as partners in Marketing, Merchandising and SEO.

Present work to peers, partners and management in a clear, compelling, professional manner. Where appropriate, include research to support chosen strategies.

About You

8+ years of experience in advertising, copywriting, journalism, or similar field

Understand how to write concise, branded content for fashion retail, e-commerce, digital marketing and video—and the varying parameters each medium requires

You have a strong curiosity and energy. You also should have a sense of humor, a point of view and the ability to work on deadline.

Interpret briefs, take direction and execute with little
o supervision

Spectacular written and verbal communication skills

Comfort collaborating in a large, matrixed cross-functional organization

Must be a team‑orientated individual contributor

Eagerness to test, learn and evolve

Compelling presentation chops

Conversant with the fashion universe

Experience with project management and collaborative design tools, like AirTable and Figma

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday‑Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $135,300 per year.
