Overview We are seeking a
Senior Account Executive
to join our team, focusing on a diverse portfolio of health, wellness, and/or beauty brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with strong media and influencer relations experience to take on a leadership role. You will oversee junior team members and manage day-to-day activities on multiple accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing successful media launches, strategic public relations initiatives, and building strong client and media relationships.
What You'll Do
Media & Influencer Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media and influencers.
Account Management:
Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Strategic Execution:
Oversee the execution of strategic activations, including events and partnerships.
Mentorship:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, acting as a quality control expert.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with peers to contribute to the agency's mission and culture.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years of agency experience is required.
Proven Results:
Demonstrated ability to generate results and execute end-to-end client strategy.
Strategic Mindset:
A "big picture" thinker with excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation skills.
Operational Excellence:
Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
