Social Services Director
to join our Health Services department. Elevate the lives of residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility by identifying and addressing their psychosocial needs. As our Social Services Director, you will craft strategies to boost well-being and ensure regulatory compliance while making a real impact on residents' moods and behaviors.

Wage Range:
$65,000 – $72,000 /year DOE
About You
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social work, geriatric care or a related field
Licensed Social Worker preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology or a related field is preferred
Working knowledge of social services laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs
