Overview
mondae is a West Seattle–based architecture and interiors practice seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our small and collaborative team. We specialize in high-end residential design, focusing on natural materials, thoughtful composition, and timeless vernacular details. Our work is primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with select projects across the country. As a young and growing studio, we’re excited to start building a tight-knit, long-term team. Responsibilities
Contribute to all phases of design for high-end residential projects. Collaborate on project development, detailing, and documentation. Assist with navigating residential building codes, permitting, and construction documentation. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience spanning all phases of design. Ability to navigate residential building codes, permitting, and construction drawing sets. Proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino. Revit knowledge is not required. Strong design sensitivity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Compensation and Status
This is a hybrid role that will start hourly, with a clear path toward a full-time salaried position. Application
