You'll be the bridge between healthcare providers, community partners, and the patients who need us most. What You'll Do: Build and grow strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners Identify and close new business opportunities within your territory Represent Elara Caring at community events and industry touchpoints Act as a trusted liaisonensuring seamless communication and patient admissions Drive strategic growth while making a real impact on patient lives Performs other duties/projects as assigned. What is Required? Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance is preferred, but not required. 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ year in home health care services. Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication. Skilled in conflict resolution. Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
