Job Description Sr Salesforce Architect – Full‑time – Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the technical strategy, design, and implementation of transformative CRM solutions across the banking sector.

Role involves architecting scalable, high‑performance systems that span the entire spectrum of banking products. Act as the bridge between complex business requirements and cutting‑edge technology, ensuring our CRM & CX practice delivers innovative, secure, and resilient platforms for our enterprise banking clients.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions utilizing Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and emerging capabilities like Agentforce. Establish the architectural vision, technical standards, and governance models for large‑scale digital transformations.

Full‑Spectrum Banking Solutions:

Retail Banking: Customer 360, retail account origination, automated personal lending, and omnichannel customer service.

Commercial Banking & Treasury: Complex corporate hierarchies, B2B onboarding, cash management, treasury services, and commercial loan lifecycles.

Wealth & Asset Management: Portfolio management, goal‑based planning, client onboarding, and compliance tracking.

Investment Banking: Deal pipeline management, capital markets relationship mapping, and secure, compliant communication channels.

Complex Ecosystem Integration: Architect robust, event‑driven integration landscapes connecting Salesforce with core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv), payment gateways, data lakes, and risk management engines. Champion the use of middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) and API‑led connectivity.

Security, Compliance & Data Governance: Design architectures that strictly adhere to global financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI‑DSS, Basel III). Implement advanced data security models, encryption, and audit tracking to protect highly sensitive financial data.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, administrators, and business analysts. Provide authoritative guidance on platform limitations, best practices, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 12+ years of enterprise software architecture experience, with a minimum of 5+ years specializing in Salesforce architecture within the Financial Services industry.

Domain Expertise: Deep, holistic understanding of the entire banking product spectrum (Retail, Commercial, Wealth, Investment, Mortgages, and Payments) and the underlying business processes.

Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform architecture, multi‑org strategies, large data volume (LDV) handling, and custom LWC development frameworks.

Integration Capabilities: Proven expertise in designing API architectures (REST/SOAP), event‑driven architectures (Platform Events), and enterprise service buses.

Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications are required. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward it is highly preferred. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Accredited Professional is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong background in implementing proactive customer experience (CX) strategies using AI, such as Einstein and Agentforce.

Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving consensus among C‑suite executives and IT leaders.
