Required Qualifications:
Previousexperience as a Technical Trainer or similar roles supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
Minimum of 12 years’ experience with a BS/BA or 10 years' experience with a MS/MA or 7 years’ experience with a PhD. or 16 years' w/o a degree or 14 years' with AS/AA
A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
US citizenship is required
Desired Qualifications:
DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC
On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Technical Trainer - SME to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina.
Responsibilities: As a Technical Trainer - SME you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
Serves as the senior technical instructor for advanced C2ISR training on hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
Delivers complex classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab events for experienced operators and maintainers, using mission-realistic scenarios to exercise operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures.
Translates real-world C2ISR operational issues, fielding experiences, and engineering changes into updated training content, demonstrations, and performance-based assessments.
Collaborates with ISDs and Training Specialists to refine lesson plans, iTMs, student guides, instructor guides, job aids, lab exercises, and assessments for advanced audiences.
Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to configure advanced courses, manage gradebooks and proficiency results, and review performance data to identify trends, gaps, and remediation needs.
Mentors Senior, Journeyman, and Junior trainers on advanced delivery techniques, lab execution, and integration of mission context into training.
Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
