Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney
to join its growing practice.
This firm represents
private lenders and developers
on sophisticated, high-value transactions across the United States, often working directly opposite top-tier law firms on deals exceeding $100M.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage commercial real estate lending transactions from inception to closing
Draft and negotiate loan documents, including:
Credit agreements
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on complex deal structures
Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams
Qualifications
4–15 years of experience in
commercial real estate finance (lender-side)
Proven ability to
run deals independently
Strong experience drafting and negotiating
loan documents
Experience representing
private (non-institutional) lenders
preferred
Background in a
boutique or mid-sized law firm
strongly preferred
New York Bar admission
(or eligibility to waive in) required
JD from an accredited law school
Preferred Experience
Direct client interaction and deal leadership
Small portable book of business (a plus, not required)
Compensation Comp ranges from
$140K-$500K
based on ability not years.
