Cyberdors is a cybersecurity advisory and managed security services firm helping small to mid-sized organizations understand and reduce cyber risk. We take an advisory-first approach — starting with risk, not tools — to design practical, business-aligned security programs that actually get implemented.

Our services include cybersecurity risk assessments, vCISO advisory, managed detection and response (MDR), vulnerability management, and compliance support.

Role Overview We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base. You'll identify prospects, initiate conversations, and schedule discovery calls that convert into meaningful business relationships.

This is a commission-based role designed for self-starters who thrive in flexible environments and are energized by selling high-value B2B services.

What You'll Do

Identify and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) across target industries

Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels

Engage decision-makers — CEOs, founders, IT managers, and operations leaders

Clearly communicate Cyberdors' value proposition and services

Schedule and hand off qualified discovery calls to our advisory team

Track outreach activities and maintain an organized lead pipeline

What You'll Be Selling Primary entry offering:

Cybersecurity Risk Assessments

Managed Detection & Response (MDR)

vCISO Advisory Services

Vulnerability Management

Compliance Readiness

Compensation This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

10–20% commission

on closed deals

5–10% recurring commission

on managed services contracts (for a defined period)

Path to a long-term or leadership role as Cyberdors scales

Who You Are

Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred, not required)

Strong communicator with natural relationship‑building instincts

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently

Genuine interest in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services

Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT services is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
