Role Director Technical Program Manager
acts as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the organization’s leadership by managing priorities, overseeing internal processes, and driving special horizontal initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency, facilitating communication, and providing data-driven decision support, effectively serving as the glue that binds the organization and keeps everything flowing efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope, including roadmap and long-term strategy.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
Communicate to stakeholders effectively and proactively.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Define and track key metrics and quality/performance indicators, driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Fundamentals

Must be able to utilize project management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO) and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
10+ years of experience managing highly technical engineering programs or products at scale, from inception to implementation.
8+ years of engineering or technical product/program management experience.
Annual Salary $153,750.00 - $256,250.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Final compensation depends on factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate experience, education and training, work location, and market conditions.
