Core Responsibilities
Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections to identify service needs
Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
Coordinate service appointments and manage schedules for timely completion
Communicate with customers throughout the service process
Work with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and resolve customer concerns
Recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
Basic Requirements
Previous automotive service or customer service experience (dealership preferred)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Customer‑focused mindset
