Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Custom GPT solutions to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience defining, building, and deploying AI agents and customized GPT-based applications aligned with business use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the
product vision, roadmap, and strategy
for Agentic AI and GPT-based solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into
user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs .
Lead the development of
custom GPTs, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions
tailored to enterprise needs.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver scalable AI products.
Manage
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Ensure proper integration of
LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and enterprise systems .
Define and track
KPIs, product metrics, and user adoption
for AI solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on
business impact and feasibility .
Ensure compliance with
AI governance, security, and ethical standards .
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a
Product Owner
in AI/ML or data-driven product environments.
Hands‑on experience with
Agentic AI frameworks and architectures .
Experience in
building and managing Custom GPTs / LLM-based applications .
Strong understanding of
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases , and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with
OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms .
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
