Position Overview The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for winning new accounts and expanding revenue by owning the new sales cycle from prospecting, relationship development with new and existing accounts, presentations, through the closure process.

Responsibilities

Prospect and win new business through calls, email, networking, and events

Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate value

Build strong client relationships from first contact through long-term partnership

Manage leads, client details, and activity in CRM systems

Collaborate with Inside Sales to drive demos, follow-ups, and conversions

Follow up on referrals and event-generated leads

Advise clients on leasing, financing, and fleet solutions

Ensure accurate documentation, billing details, and smooth deal handoffs

Maintain consistent, value-driven communication to grow accounts

Partner cross‑functionally to support client success and retention

Requirements

Experience with consultative selling and tailoring solutions to client needs

Proven ability to build trust and develop long‑term client relationships

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with senior decision‑makers

Highly disciplined with excellent follow‑through and accountability

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first approach

Strong organizational skills with a proactive, action‑oriented mindset

Effective problem‑solving skills, especially in time‑sensitive situations

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), fleet software, and Excel
