About The Role
Cloudstreet is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team immediately. In this role, you will contribute to the concept and design development of a wide range of projects, including:

Environmental graphics

Digital signage

Advertising campaigns

Digital and motion-based media

You will collaborate closely with the Design Director and Creative Director, as well as interdisciplinary teams, to deliver innovative and cohesive design solutions.

This position is ideal for a design school graduate with 5+ years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development of design strategies and creative concepts

Conduct design and visual research

Generate and communicate ideas through sketches, storyboards, illustrations, renderings, motion studies, and photo comps

Create compelling presentation decks and confidently present work to clients

Develop and document final designs, including production-ready artwork and motion assets

Integrate animation and interactive elements into design solutions where appropriate

Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, workflow efficiency, and production quality

Collaborate with clients to define project goals, solutions, and technical requirements

Oversee vendor prototyping, production, and implementation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required)

Experience with motion design / animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar)

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows

Ability to collaborate with architectural and interior design teams to create integrated experiences

Ability to work with creative directors and copywriters on advertising campaigns

Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong client-facing and presentation skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion
