Responsibilities
Create original graphics and artwork for apparel including t-shirts, fleece, hats, and related items
Develop designs aligned with trends, seasonal moments, and brand direction
Support marketing through digital ads, email graphics, social media assets, and promotional materials
Collaborate with leadership on concepts, launches, and creative strategy
Prepare clean, production-ready files for printing and manufacturing
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Continuously contribute new ideas and creative inspiration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
3+ years of professional or freelance design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design fundamentals
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong typography, layout, color, and composition skills
Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with the ability to take feedback and collaborate well
Preferred Experience
Apparel or fashion industry design experience
Understanding of print production / screen printing processes
Passion for retail, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands
