A little bit about our team:
Topsify, a Warner Music Group sub-brand, is the premier destination for exceptional music playlists, content, and streaming innovations spanning global hits to new releases across all genres. We build data‑driven playlist strategies to bridge the gap between artist marketing and streaming revenue, driving global fan engagement and enabling discovery for WMG artists. By seamlessly integrating dynamic and fixed playlists into global campaigns, we ensure consistent streaming success, growth, and revenue for our roster.
Your role Reporting into the Manager, Global Playlist Strategy, you will manage Warner Music’s Topsify US playlist strategies across all major streaming platforms. Operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional role, you will manage the curation of our US and Global playlist suite while developing cross‑platform marketing strategies to amplify our properties. A critical component of this role involves identifying cultural trends, monitoring performance analytics, and collaborating with US labels, social media, and commercial teams.
Here you’ll get to

Build Automated Workflows:
Develop and maintain automated curation pipelines using scripting languages (e.g., Python) and generative AI models (e.g., Google Gemini). Basic programming or scripting knowledge is not required but a strong advantage.
About you
Experience:
