Our client, a Financial Services Firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to work out of the Midtown office four days a week, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. This individual will be supporting senior executives as needed. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Midtown – four days in the office and one day (Friday) WFH
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility and availability to support outside of these hours as needed
Salary: $120k-$145k base depending on experience plus bonus eligible and full benefits!
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars of meetings, appointments, and events
Handle schedule conflicts and last-minute changes
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Arrange personal travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Organize events, meetings, and social engagements
Run personal errands (shopping, reservations, etc.)
Maintain files, records, and important documents
Assist with project coordination or basic bookkeeping
Support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
5–8 years of relevant experience required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
Flexibility in hours based on business needs, projects, and meetings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while interacting with all levels of management
Excellent time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs
Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in all matters
