This role will report to the **HR Director** and based in **Newark, Delaware.
This is a fully on-site, in office role working night shift hours.**It will work 4 -10 hour days, Monday night-Friday morning from 6p.m. to 4:30p.m.**Role and Responsibilities:*** Provide high touch daily on-site human resources support while partnering with the Director Human Resources leader to ensure global alignment of all policies, procedures, and programs.* Deliver day-to-day employee relations support including investigating workplace complaints and developing employee engagement initiatives to help attract, retain and engage employees.* Partner with client group managers to provide guidance on talent and organizational situations.* Provide HR reporting for key organization metrics: headcount, hires, turnover, and time to fill.* Conduct onboarding and off-boarding functions to include exit interviews.* Participate in candidate interviews, evaluation, and selection processes.* Maintain employee records via HRIS system and compile HR reports as required.* Facilitate training programs to meet overall organizational needs.* Additional project work as assigned.**Skills and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.* 6+ years of experience in HR roles with generalist responsibilities, preferably in a high technology work environment.* Good project management and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and "Customer Focus,” ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and vendors.* Ability to think critically, propose options to situations and understand the risks involved.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping manager in the loop and knowing when to escalate or ask for help.* Experience being able to manage confidential information.* Proven ability to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.* Operate with a high level of personal and professional integrity.* HRIS system experience and high proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand/walk for up to 4-6 hours per shift.* Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 lbs.* Use hands and fingers to operate office machinery and computers throughout the shift.* Visual acuity sufficient for product inspection and reading digital/printed materials.* Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively with staff.* Ability to perform essential tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.* Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in required areas (safety glasses, safety-toed shoes or boots).Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
