Automotive Sales Consultant (Luxury Dealership) | High Traffic Store
Charleston, SC
We’re looking for a proven automotive sales professional with dealership experience who is currently producing and looking for a stronger store, better opportunity, and consistent traffic.
This is a good fit for someone who knows how to manage their pipeline, work a deal from start to finish, and wants to be in an environment where there are real opportunities in front of them—not just chasing leads.

One of the advantages here is a well-established parts and service operation that consistently drives showroom traffic. Between repeat customers and ongoing new business, you’ll have a steady flow of opportunities coming through the door—not just relying on internet leads.

High earning potential based on performance
Performance-based bonuses and incentives
State-of-the-art facility
CAFE 125 eligible benefits (health, dental, vision)
Employer-paid life insurance
401(k)

Paid training
Closed on Sundays
What You’ll Be Doing
Guide customers through the purchase or lease process from start to finish
Present and demonstrate new, CPO, and pre-owned vehicles
Handle showroom traffic, internet leads, and follow-up
Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
Work with finance, parts, and service to deliver a strong overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For Automotive sales experience is required, along with a track record of producing and hitting goals. You should be someone who communicates well, carries yourself professionally, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
