With nearly 50 years of expertise and a dedicated team of over 300 professionals, the organization offers a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of elderly residents. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Aventura, FL, for an Executive Director of Assisted Living. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring resident well-being and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff and maintaining a high standard of care. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating staff schedules, implementing quality assurance programs, fostering a positive community environment, and collaborating with families to address resident needs. Establishing strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills.

Experience with budget management and financial operations within assisted living or a related industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, assisted living operations, and senior care services, including memory care programs.

Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse staff and foster a positive, inclusive culture within the workplace.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Social Services, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Assisted Living Administrator licensure, are highly desirable.

Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Passion for enhancing the quality of life for senior residents.
