Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join their client's team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned finance professional who can effectively oversee and manage the financial operations, including accounting, payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and purchasing personnel. The position will be based at the Atwater Administration site with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and purchasing personnel.
Ensure month-end and year-end close are completed in accordance with timelines.
Coordinate audits with various outside agencies.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, reviewing and updating as required.
This role is a hybrid opportunity, with the possibility of being required to report to the Atwater site three times per week. Initial training will take place at the Atwater Administration site.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
Work Hours Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation $146,120.00 - $160,732.00 Salary
