This internship offers a unique opportunity to build a foundation in both Social Media Marketing and Video Production. You’ll work closely with two teams—Social Media and Video Production—gaining skills in content creation, community engagement, and behind-the-scenes production.

Job Location We only accept W‑2 candidates, H‑1B sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities Social Media (50%)

Learn how to create platform‑specific content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Assist in scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools

Brainstorm and research new trends, topics, and formats

Track performance metrics and compile basic analytics reports

Support community management by monitoring comments and messages

Video Team (50%)

Assist with organizing, setting up, and maintaining video equipment

Assist stylist in set builds, steaming garments, and general set styling tasks

Learn the ins and outs of being a production assistant (lighting setup, props, background prep, etc.)

Support general pre‑ and post‑production needs as assigned

When needed, act as on‑screen talent—primarily will be hands only; certain shoots may require faces to be shown, but no speaking will be required

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Production, or a related field, and has a strong interest in both social media strategy and content creation.

Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

They are comfortable being in front of the camera (no voice required), organized, curious, and eager to learn different aspects of creative production. Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is a plus, and while experience with video equipment or editing tools is beneficial, it’s not required. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is a plus!
