The role seeks an

Outside Regional Sales Manager, Northeast Region . The Manager develops, supports, and controls sales of HME products within their assigned territory and is responsible for meeting annual sales quotas within an approved budget.
What you will do in this position:

Collaborate with management to establish and execute the annual sales goal for the region.
Work with regional sales team members and authorized resell partners to maximize revenue and meet or exceed corporate goals.
Forecast quarterly and monthly sales for the region.
Conduct regular visits within the geographic region to support resell partners, prospect for new business, meet with consultants on projects, and make customer visits that support authorized partners.
Enter and update all sales calls, opportunities, and customer visits in the CRM package.
Follow‑up, qualify, and close sales leads generated through web leads, trade shows, store development lists, and inbound calls.
Provide feedback to management on competitors based on customer feedback, trade shows, and site visits.
Conduct sales training for Partners and Reps and customer training sessions as directed by HSC management.
Assist other regions as directed by HSC management.
Submit accurate monthly expense reports as prescribed by company policy.
Additional Business from Existing Accounts

Promote and sell warranty and equipment maintenance programs.
Support partners by attending management meetings and vendor shows.
Promote HSC promotional programs and competitive advantages.
Resolve price, service, and delivery disputes as required.
Identify new opportunities for HSC products through cold‑calling, arranging evaluations, providing written application descriptions, securing specifications, and collaborating with marketing for new product development.
Maintain regular customer contact with key decision makers.
Prepare periodic written status reports on account activities and opportunities.
Trade Show Preparation and Attendance

Assist in identifying and coordinating trade shows.
Assist with the setup, tear down, and shipment of trade show booths and equipment.
Perform live demonstrations of company products and present company service programs.
Prepare trade show status reports on business potential, customer problems, and competitive activities.
Requirements

3+ years of experience.
50–75% travel.
AA Degree (2 years of college) – Preferred.
Two to three years in-the-field experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and overall PC business use.
Management skills including contract negotiation/management, product training, account management, developing promotional programs, and repair programs.
Three to five years in direct selling and skilled at equipment demonstrations.
Sound working knowledge of electronic principles.
Compensation and Benefits

The posted pay range is $81,200 to $108,300 plus commission, which may vary with experience and other factors.
Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 3 weeks paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
Physical Demands

Employees will occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
