The role: The Marketing Coordinator, Social & Influencer will support the execution of Swingers’ social media and influencer strategy across US venues. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life on the ground by capturing content, coordinating creator partnerships, and ensuring social activity reflects both global strategy and local relevance. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, the role focuses on executing the social strategy by translating creative direction into high‑quality, engaging content while supporting broader marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across US markets through content creation, influencer coordination, and in‑venue activation.
Our perfect candidate has:
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or influencer coordination
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital culture
Experience or comfort with asset creation and short‑form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator, comfortable working with influencers, internal teams, and venue staff
Proactive and resourceful, with willingness to take direction and execute quickly
Willingness to work on‑site and capture content in live venue environments

The base pay range for this position is $65,000–$70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job‑related knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
