Stanley Consultants is seeking a Mechanical CADD Designer. This position will use OpenPlant or Plant3D software to produce neat, legible mechanical piping construction documents that meet company and client quality control standards. The role functions as a graphics lead or task lead on simple projects or as a sub‑lead on large, complex projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

Graphics budget and schedule control

Plan and control the development of project drawings and other drafting presentations

Receive objectives and technical advice from supervisor or engineer/architect

Revise drawings under direct supervision from verbal and written instructions, marked prints, sketches, computations, and other sources prepared by others

Accumulate and assemble information as directed by drafting or task leads

Familiarize yourself with engineering, construction, or drafting terms and symbols

Check for inconsistencies between drawings

Have a solid understanding of design and drafting techniques and a functional familiarity with engineering terminology

Gather information and data for projects from catalogs and other reference material

Perform other work‑related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Associate or technical school degree, or a combination of education and relevant experience

Proficient in a combination of Bentley MicroStation, OpenPlant, or Plant3D software; familiar with putting together isometric drawings using the software

Mechanical 2D/3D drafting/modeling and design experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Use of ProjectWise

Use of AutoCAD

Use of OpenPlant and Plant3D

Compensation: $39.66 - $50.37 an hour (Hourly range for CO location)
