Description We're currently seeking an experienced and passionate
Territory Relationship Manager
to represent our services and build strong partnerships across facilities in the state of Tennessee.
As a
Territory Relationship Manager , you will serve as the primary point of contact between our healthcare team and potential partner facilities. Much like a pharmaceutical representative, your role will involve promoting our services, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, and helping expand our network of contracted facilities. This position involves both on-site visits and remote outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with administrators, DONs, medical directors, and staff at SNFs and rehabilitation centers
Educate facility leadership on the value and benefits of our physiatry services
Conduct regular on-site visits to facilities across Knoxville, TN area and other cities in the state of TN
Schedule and lead presentations or meetings to discuss partnership opportunities
Collaborate closely with our internal team to support onboarding and coordination
Maintain detailed records of contacts, communications, and progress using CRM tools
Monitor regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements Qualifications
Required: 2+ years of experience in a liaison, healthcare marketing, or pharmaceutical sales role (preferably within SNFs, long-term care, or post-acute rehab settings)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Familiarity with healthcare industry operations and terminology (SNFs, Medicare, therapy services, etc.)
