$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Milligrams is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee brand marketing, content creation, and promotional initiatives across our two retail locations in Brooklyn, NY and Mount Laurel, NJ.

This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive store traffic, strengthen brand partnerships, and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels and in-store experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing both hands-on content production and coordination with external partners.

Responsibilities Content Creation & Creative Oversight

Produce in-house photo and video content for social media, email marketing, and website use

Coordinate with outside creative vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) when additional production is needed

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

Develop content calendars aligned with promotions, brand launches, and seasonal campaigns

Social Media Management

Manage Milligrams social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, etc.)

Plan and publish regular content including product features, store highlights, and brand storytelling

Engage with the community through comments, messages, and collaborations

Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement trends

Website & Digital Presence

Maintain website content including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and product listings

Coordinate updates for new product launches, promotions, and brand activations

Ensure both store locations are accurately represented online

Email Marketing

Work closely with the company’s email marketing agency to plan and execute campaigns

Coordinate messaging across multiple locations when needed

Provide creative assets and campaign direction

Align email campaigns with promotions, events, and product launches Brand Partnerships & Events

Coordinate vendor pop-up events featuring brands carried in store

Work with brand partners to plan promotions, sampling activations, and in-store events

Manage event logistics including scheduling, promotion, and in-store execution

Ensure brand activations support store traffic and customer engagement

Marketing Operations

Coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns across both locations

Maintain an organized calendar of campaigns, product launches, and events

Track marketing initiatives and report on performance where applicable

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management

Strong content creation skills (photo/video/social media)

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand

Comfortable coordinating with agencies, vendors, and brand partners

Highly organized with strong project management skills

Experience in retail, lifestyle, or cannabis-adjacent brands is a plus
