This internship is a unique opportunity to work across our GTM team: touching demand generation, revenue operations, and customer advocacy, allowing you to gain exposure and develop a broad, practical foundation in how a high‑growth B2B startup goes to market.

About the Role This is a summer internship (with the option to extend into the fall semester). You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams on projects that span campaign execution, pipeline generation, GTM tooling, and customer experience. The work will flex based on our needs and your strengths / interests — if you’re more analytical and systems‑oriented, you may spend more time on ops and automation; if you’re a strong communicator and campaign thinker, you may lean more into demand gen and community. Either way, you’ll have real ownership over meaningful projects.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation Campaigns:

Help plan, build, and execute multi‑channel campaigns designed to generate awareness and pipeline

Pipeline Programs:

Support outbound and inbound marketing initiatives that work in lockstep with the sales team to move prospects through the funnel

Campaign Analytics:

Track and report on campaign performance, use data to inform what’s working and what to iterate on

Event & Webinar Support:

Help coordinate virtual and in‑person events to help build and nurture the AllSpice community

GTM Tool Evaluation & Automation:

Research and test emerging AI‑powered GTM tools; build automations across our tech stack to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency

GTM Dashboards & Reporting:

Build and maintain dashboards that surface key GTM metrics (such as pipeline health, campaign performance, conversion rates)

What We’re Looking For

Prior work experience in a marketing, sales ops, growth, GTM, or startup environment (internship, part‑time, or full‑time)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized and self‑directed— you can manage multiple projects, work with light guidance, and drive things to completion

Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and forming a clear point of view on what to do next

Hands‑on curiosity about AI and SaaS tools, with a track record of testing and forming opinions on new technology

Energized by variety; comfortable context‑switching across different types of work depending on team needs

Bonus Points

Experience marketing to technical buyers, developers, or engineering audiences

Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS, developer tools, or hardware‑adjacent industries

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)

Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar) for creating simple marketing assets

Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, or similar)

Experience with outbound sales tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, or similar)

Basic data skills: SQL, Python, or comfort with spreadsheet‑based analysis
