As the brand ambassador for De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houston Galleria, you will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing and potential clients, and consistently exceed sales targets while embodying the prestige and elegance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history.
Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information.
Nurture long‑term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products.
Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.
Act Like an Owner
– take full responsibility for the store's performance and client satisfaction, making decisions that align with the brand’s values and long‑term goals.
Create Clarity
– communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members, ensuring everyone understands the brand’s vision and objectives.

Challenge Conventions
– innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.
Compensation The base salary for the position is $55,000 – $60,000 USD annually, plus bonus and commission plan.
Qualifications
Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, with commercial acumen and strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry.
Fluent in the local language and in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) are a plus.
Strong interest in the jewellery industry and a passion for excellence.
Full responsibility for performance and client satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
Effective and clear communicator with clients and team members, ensuring everyone understands the brand’s vision and objectives.
Excellent presentation skills, making complex information accessible and engaging, and a supportive team player who empowers others to succeed.
Creative thinker who improves sales strategies and client engagement, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.
