Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executive leadership, including the CEO and COO. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to proactively manage complex priorities in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to C‑level executives
Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling across multiple stakeholders and locations
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting
Draft, review, and send executive‑level communications
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials
Organize and support executive and board meetings, including logistics and documentation
Maintain business accounts, subscriptions, and office supply inventory
Assist with special projects and project coordination as needed
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives in a corporate environment (50+ employees)
Proven executive administrative support experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong calendar management and multitasking skills
High school diploma required
Demonstrated ability to work proactively, take initiative, and manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong references highlighting professionalism, organization, and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or nonprofit environments
Experience supporting a board of directors
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro
