Responsibilities May be the first point of contact for those entering the CQI Sector department and will inform the person they are here to see of their arrival to ensure they can see the person and are not involved in tasks that can't be interrupted. Provides administrative support for the CQI Sector department as assigned by the CQI Sector Manager. Relieves the CQI Sector staff of routine clerical duties and performs special work assignments. Receives and routes department phone calls and takes messages when necessary.

Collects, stamps, sorts, records, and disseminates mail, correspondence, messages, and documents including some that contain Protected Health Information (PHI). Ensures that all documents are filed in the hard copy master files, redacted and included in the personnel Employee Health folder and soft copy in the electronic google system. Records and transcribes CQI Sector department meeting minutes when necessary. Uses correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling in all correspondence. Coordinates ordering of supplies/equipment for the CQI Sector departments. Assures the office equipment receives proper maintenance and keeps adequate supplies in stock. Maintains administrative record keeping and calendar of events. Performs computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division correctly; solves practical problems by choosing appropriately from a variety of mathematical applications including formulas and percentage distributions. Uses Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications to process documents including but not limited to letters, memos, and notifications. Applies policies and procedures to coordinate office functions with the management system of the CQI Sector by interfacing with department directors to facilitate processing of confidential information, records, transactions, and documents. Provide support to other department functions as needed. Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.
