Event Sales Manager Entertainment Venue (Dallas Area)

We're searching for a high-energy Event Sales Manager to help drive group and corporate business for an exciting entertainment concept. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and knows how to turn fun experiences into revenue. What You Bring: 35 years of experience as an Event Sales Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment or nightlife environment Proven revenue production in an Event Sales role ($1M+ in annual sales preferred) Strong portfolio of existing customers in the Dallas area to leverage immediately Experience using TripleSeat or similar event software / client lead program Self-starter mentality with ambitious targets and consistent results Experience managing event financials and budgets Proficiency with office program suites such as Google for Business Positive team presence with empathy; fosters a supportive, respectful, and fun environment Ability to stay calm under pressure while creating a great experience for team and guests Physical Requirements: Frequently walking, standing, or sitting Ability to lift or move items up to 30 pounds as needed What's in it for you: $70K$80K base salary, plus the opportunity to earn quarterly targeted commission totaling up to $50,000 annually 15 days PTO annually Venue discount Medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefit options Bring your sales drive, relationship-building skills, and passion for hospitality and help us create unforgettable events!
