Primrose School of Frisco at Independence is looking for a dedicated Education Coach to support our amazing Wonder Program, serving children from 7 weeks to 3 years of age. This is your opportunity to help shape the foundation of early learning while guiding and inspiring a team of educators. As Wonder Curriculum Director, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the growth and success of our early childhood teachers. Confident, well-supported teachers create safe, nurturing, and engaging classrooms and you will be at the heart of building that environment. You will work alongside our Senior Venture Curriculum Director to provide high-quality coaching, guidance, and training to ensure excellence in both teaching practices and student experiences. The Wonder Program is designed specifically for our youngest learners, focusing on nurturing curiosity, building strong emotional connections, and supporting early developmental milestones. Through intentional teaching and responsive caregiving, we create a warm, engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel safe to explore, discover, and grow. Schedule and requirements: Primary shift:
8:30 AM 5:30 PM Flexibility required to support classroom coverage as needed and office schedules Occasional evening availability required for school events and staff meeting Required minimum of two years within a leadership role in a licensed childcare facility in Texas Ability to drive our bus as well as reliable transportation to and from work What You'll Do: Support and mentor teachers across all age groups, with a strong focus on the Wonder Program Conduct classroom observations to ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum Provide real-time feedback, modeling, and coaching to elevate teaching practices Partner with leadership to maintain high-quality learning environments Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers Support ongoing professional development and training initiatives Promote the use of our exclusive digital curriculum platform to ensure consistency and success Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers Foster a positive, collaborative culture where all team members feel supported and valued Assist in maintaining fidelity to the Primrose Balanced Learning approach Ensure lesson plans and classroom practices align with developmental goals Support school-wide curriculum implementation and continuous improvement Help analyze classroom performance and guide instructional enhancements We believe who children are is just as important as who they become.
