We are looking for a Director of Education who will play a vital role in shaping curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers. This is a classroom-focused leadership positionyou'll spend about 80% of your time in early learning classrooms, modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development. Job responsibilities include: Conduct classroom observations and create behavior intervention plans Mentor teachers on curriculum, lesson planning, and assessments Lead professional development sessions in collaboration with Spiritual Development Rotate between centers to provide on-site coaching and support Track and analyze academic and behavioral data to inform strategies Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards Requirements include: Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning Strong leadership and mentoring skills Passion for Texas Rising Star (MUST) Ability to work in classrooms and lead by example RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) Meets Texas licensing requirements for leadership roles Physical requirements include: Active classroom environment: frequent sitting, standing, kneeling, bending Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs as needed Maintain clear visual and auditory supervision of children Benefits as a salaried employee include: Employer-covered medical coverage through BCBS Employee Wellness Program FSA/HSA enrollment options Voluntary Dental & Vision coverage Basic Life and AD&D Insurance $10,000 Voluntary Disability, Accident & Critical Illness coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Voluntary Pet Insurance 120 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals start day 1 1315 paid holidays annually 2 days of paid Bereavement Leave Annual $720 cell phone allotment Childcare tuition discounts Scholarship program Lantern Learning Group Paid Family Leave (LLGPFL) 401(k) with 6% match, no wait time for vesting once eligible CDA Program Assistance
