Benefits Specialist

Benefits Specialist will primarily support the HRIS and Benefits Manager in the administration of benefits and the HRIS database ADP, and compensation. Responsibilities Include but not Limited to: Full life cycle insurance benefit management Consultation and guidance to TMs regarding benefits Education and communication of benefits, with group and individual orientation sessions and benefit reviews Maintaining ADP database Process benefit invoices Audit records for accuracy Complete reporting requirements Assist with various projects Other duties as assigned within the HR team Job Requirements Experience as an HR Specialist in Benefits/HRIS/Compensation, or relevant human resources/administrative position. Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Power Point. Experience in HRIS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strives to meet or exceed expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Utilizes resources (people, funding, material, support) effectively and efficiently to complete assignments within established deadlines. Manages time effectively and efficiently, concentrating efforts on the more important priorities. Always displays professional and empathic demeanor, recognizing that they represent the Goodwin Living brand. Models the behaviors of integrity and trust. Provides regular communications with team.
