Requirements: 5+ years as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in retirement plans / retirement services domain. Hands-on experience with: 401(k), 401(a), 403(b), 457, IRA plans
Experience with Agile / Scrum / DevOps environments. Strong experience writing:
Business requirements User stories Functional specs
Experience with:
Test plans, test strategy, traceability matrix
Responsibilities:
Analyze and define requirements for retirement plans including:
401(k), IRA, 403(b), 401(a), 457 plans
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for:
Plan setup Contribution limits Vesting schedules Loans and distributions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements. Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications. Work closely with IT teams on implementation and system integration. Ensure accurate data mapping and configuration during plan onboarding. Maintain traceability matrix and requirement documentation. Support UAT / QA teams with validation scenarios and clarifications. Review and validate end-to-end implementation across systems. Revalidate and support resolution of post-production defects. Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay current on retirement industry trends and regulations.
Nice to Have:
Experience with OMNI platform. Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance. Experience with data analysis / reporting tools. Exposure to plan implementation / onboarding workflows.
