Position Summary
FanDuel is looking for an experienced Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team in North America. In this pivotal role, the candidate will shape and execute our commercial strategies, drive business growth, and optimize market position.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Identify and monitor key business KPIs and ensure alignment across stakeholder teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Analytics, Ops, Marketing, Product, and Finance, for successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Play a key role in the forecasting & goal‑setting process alongside analytics & finance.
Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
Analyze business data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize commercial effectiveness.
Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic plans, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies, making data‑driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, or similar role, preferably within online gaming.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in market research techniques and competitive analysis.
A proactive and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Salary and Compensation
Applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 USD, which depends on experience, location, business needs, and market demand. The role may also include medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) matching program, short‑ and long‑term incentive compensation, paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
