UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer (Hybrid – Acton, MA) Overview We are seeking a collaborative and creative UX Designer to craft intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across web and cross-platform products. This role focuses on designing end-to-end user journeys—from onboarding and customer portals to data dashboards—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs Collaborate cross-functionally to take projects from discovery through delivery Create user-centered experiences grounded in research, data, and usability best practices Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards are met Contribute to agile workflows, sprint planning, and continuous product improvement Help unify and enhance existing digital experiences into a cohesive ecosystem Qualifications 3–5 years of UX/Product Design experience Strong portfolio showcasing design process and execution Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence) Experience working in agile environments Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Preferred Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms Background in healthcare or regulated industries Advanced prototyping skills Hybrid role based in Acton, MA (local candidates preferred) Contract: May 2026 – November 2026 Opportunity to work on impactful, user-focused digital products in a collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
