Key Account Executive, (HLS - Payer Space) Randstad Digital, the world's leading partner for talent, is seeking a high-performing Key Account Executive to manage and grow one of our largest global customers within the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) sector. This is a career-defining opportunity to manage a massive enterprise account that is central to our strategy and success.
In this role, you will focus on the Payer space , driving the expansion of Managed Services while working alongside our central delivery team that owns P1 requirements. We are looking for a driven professional to sell complex solutions including application development, service integration, and customer experience platforms.
What You’ll Do Strategic Client Engagement: Serve as an expert business consultant and trusted advisor, leveraging thought leadership to help a major HLS customer achieve digital transformation goals.
Managed Services Expansion: Drive new business through consultative selling, focusing on service integration, application development, and customer experience platforms.
Strategic Positioning: Analyze market trends to position Randstad Digital as the primary driver for cloud and infrastructure, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
Relationship Cultivation: Establish and cultivate strong relationships at senior levels, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and key internal partners.
Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with our central delivery team and project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated model.
Account Optimization: Lead the execution of new agreements and optimize existing relationships to surpass revenue and margin expectations.
What You’ll Bring Proven IT Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience selling technical talent solutions and professional services.
Recruitment Foundation: A deep understanding of the talent industry with a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
Consultative Sales Mastery: Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and the ability to envision technology-driven business transformations.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Healthcare/Payer space or Financial Services industry is a significant advantage.
Relationship Acumen: Demonstrated skill in cultivating enduring, integrity-based relationships at the enterprise level.
Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a documented history of outperformance.
