Hendall provides an environment with an established, well defined, successful business development process. Resources to provide the full spectrum of assistance, including proposal management, contracts, pricing, editing, and graphics design, required to support all business development efforts, are currently in place. To be successful as the CGO at Hendall, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen, have a proven track record identifying deals and winning new business, be adept at negotiating sound business deals, and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. This is a hands‑on position; the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing their own pipeline of deals and directly driving growth initiatives for Hendall, leading to new contract wins. DUTIES

Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development plan. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including qualifying deals through stage gates and identifying and implementing strategies leading to the submission of proposals with a high win probability. Engaging with and coaching Hendall's business development team to improve company‑wide business development efforts and results. Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to other members of the executive team. Advising the executive team on enterprise booking targets and strategies to achieve them. Serving as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of Hendall. Establishing and developing strategic relationships with other industry partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of executive‑level business growth experience. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and win revenue‑generating contracts. Strong leadership skills. Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions. Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C‑level. Strong analytical and project management skills.li> Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation.

Salary Range: $225,000 to $300,000 per year Hendall Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
